How do I sign up for a course?
You can sign up for any course through our website by selecting the desired program and following the registration steps. We offer Trial sessions to help you choose the right course for your needs.
What age groups do you cater to?

How are the lessons conducted?

We offer free session with our expert Quranic instructors to help you choose the appropriate course, whether you are a beginner or wish to deepen your Quranic knowledge.
Can I choose the teacher for my Quran lessons?
Yes, you can select your preferred teacher based on availability. All our teachers are certified and experienced in teaching Quran with proper Tajweed.

Can my child take both Mathematics and Mental Math courses?

Technical and Account-Related Questions
What technical requirements do I need for Katateb courses?
You’ll need a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone to participate in our live classes.
How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and following the instructions sent to your registered email.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
You can stop registration at the end of any registration period, which lasts for 4 weeks. Suspension of lessons is available at any time and for up to a full month. Please note that refunds are not available; however, any amount paid will remain in the student’s balance and can be used when the student resumes lessons. Alternatively, the balance can be transferred to another student, such as a sibling or friend, if the student decides to discontinue classes during the 4 paid weeks.

You can reach our support team via email or through the chat function available on our website. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Payment and Billing
How do I pay my bill?
To pay your bill, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the site using the username and password you chose.
- Navigate to Billing >> Pending Invoices.
- Click on the invoice number (highlighted in blue), which will open the payment link (via PayPal or Stripe).

Can I use Wise to pay my bill?
Yes, you can use Wise to pay your bill by following these steps:
- Go to www.wise.com and create a personal account.
- Link any card you wish to use for the payment to your Wise account.
- In the search field, look for the Academy’s email: katatebonline@gmail.com.
- Transfer the bill amount from the linked card to the Academy’s account.
Note: Make sure to select USD in the recipient field to complete the payment.
